Sigh this is an unexpected snag when I was trying to upload a reference genome to the Torrent Server browser interface ... Ok yes, I admit that I probably should have flash installed on my Ubuntu box ..
Upload a FASTA file
In order to provide a better uploading experience either Adobe Flash or Microsoft Silverlight plugins are required. In addition Javascript must be enabled in your web browser.
Silverlight can be found at microsoft.com
Adobe Flash can be found at adobe.com
You may need to contact your local system administrator for assistance.
